A four-step Mulebuy QC photo-note method

Build one bounded observation before comparing another image set.

Before comparing

Set the evidence boundary

  • Exact option text
  • Area the photo must show

Four-step note

Turn an image into a recheckable record

Stop when the next claim needs evidence the photo does not contain.

  1. 1. Match the row

Confirm the final source page and visible selection labels.

  2. 2. Name the stage

Mark listing, warehouse, or historical reference.

  3. 3. Describe the view

Write only the concrete detail shown in the image.

  4. 4. Park the conflict

Record missing angles, mismatches, and the next evidence needed.

Worked example

A color difference needs matching context before it becomes useful

Compare only after the option, lighting, image stage, and visible area are aligned.

Record now

Save the source URL, exact option, image stage, visible color area, and date.

Ask next

Request a matching angle or current view when lighting or crop changes the observation.

Do not infer

Do not turn a color impression into a quality or authenticity verdict.

Exception handling

Reopen the note when the image context changes

Keep earlier evidence while updating the field that no longer matches.

  • If the option changes, rematch the image set.
  • If the source disappears, mark the evidence stale.
  • If the needed angle is missing, keep the observation partial.
  • If two stages conflict, name both instead of choosing silently.
  • If the live page is unavailable, record the access problem and retry later.

Carry the QC note back to the live source

A dated, bounded observation is more useful than an unsupported verdict.
